I have only ever had positive experiences at this surgery, surprisingly able to make appointments on the day, always available. Receptionists helpful both face to face and on the telephone. The doctors have been very thorough and given detailed explanations... yes you can wait sometimes but that’s because nothing is predictable with illness. Great surgery!

This surgery is badly let down by its rather awful receptionist - rude, obstructive, unhelpful, incorrect prescriptions etc. The doctors are ok, at least the ones I have seen. They are not very good at timing appointments so you can wait a long time in their waiting room. I have since escaped to another surgery I am pleased to say.
